Who knows me knows that for 4 months now, I spend most of my time working for the largest chain of ZARA. Yes, and that's it that i want speak to you today and my great experience that I'm doing. ZARA as you well know, it's a great brand of clothing and accessories based in Spain. It's the main brand of the Inditex group, which in addition to having Zara, also has brands such as Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Ultreque, Oysho, Zara Home, Stradivarius and Breshka.

The grand strategy of Zara in this great and immense market of fashion, lies in his method of product development.

Do you think that Zara needs just two weeks to develop a product and distribute it in stores, compared to the average of six months of competition. Zara is well known for its low-cost products with an average quality was defined as the most innovative and devastating brand in the world.

My personal experience within the company, can do no more than confirm what I have just said, adding that there's a lot of work to do in the so-called background.

We work continuously without having a moment of breath.

Nothing it's left to chance.

There are schedules to be met but most of the target to which we must pay attention! from how to position the shoes to crutches that must be hangers wood, the number of units that are put into the store and all the work that is done before in stockroom.

Everything has a logic, and all employees, in addition to having their precise potion inside the store, they should know the basics basics.

It's not a walk to work for Inditex.

You have to have a lot of strength from time, a lot of physical strength and have the ability to be "multitasking" at the speed of light!

My experience at Zara UK. is leaving me a great training at work especially for the rapid growth within the company I'm doing. Today, after only four months, I find myself in a position to Merchandaiser, after climbing the difficult and not always successful pyramid between responsible and accessories warehouse manager. Now here I am with a position of which I am proud and which gratifies me! and if I have all this, at the moment I can only thank my curiosity within the world of fashion,

my creativity and my style. Qualities that have made it possible for the astor manager to notice me between forty other people within the company. I leave you with some new arrival for this spring 2014! Know that you will be very pastel colors such as light blue and pink, but the yellow will have a great comeback for this summer.

Ciao ragazzi! chi mi conosce sa bene che da 4 mesi a questa parte, trascorro la maggior parte del mio tempo lavorando per la grande catena di ZARA.

Si, e' proprio di "lei" di cui oggi vi voglio parlare e della mia grande esperienza che sto facendo.

ZARA infatti, come ben sapete e' un grande marchio di abbigliamento e accessori con sede in Spagna.

E' il marchio principale del gruppo INDITEX, che oltre ad avere Zara, ha anche marchi come Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Ultreque, Oysho, Zara Home, Stradivarius e Breshka. La grande strategia di Zara in questo grande e immenso mercato della moda, sta proprio nel suo metodo di sviluppo del prodotto. Pensate che Zara necessita di solo due settimane per sviluppare un prodotto e distribuirlo nei negozi, rispetto alla media di sei mesi della concorrenza. Zara così si distingue per i suoi prodotti a basso costo con una media qualità, è stato definito come il più innovativo e devastante marchio al mondo.

La mia personale esperienza all'interno dell'azienda, non può far altro che confermare quello che vi ho appena detto, aggiungendo inoltre che vi e' un grosso lavoro da fare nel così detto background. Lavoriamo ininterrottamente senza avere un'attimo di respiro. Niente e' lasciato al caso. Ci sono degli orari da rispettare ma soprattuto dei "Target" a cui dobbiamo prestare attenzione: da come posizionare le scarpe alle crucce che rigorosamente devono essere di legno, al numero di capi che vengono messi in negozio e a tutto il lavoro che prima viene fatto in magazzino. Tutto ha una logica, e tutti i dipendenti, oltre ad avere una loro pozione ben precisa all'interno del negozio, devono sapere le nozioni basi.

Non e' una passeggiata lavorare per Inditex, bisogna avere tanta forza di volta, tanta forza fisica e avere la capacità di essere "multitasking" alla velocità della luce!

La mia esperienza in zara UK. mi sta lasciando una grande formazione a livello lavorativo soprattutto per la rapida crescita che sto facendo all'interno dell'azienda. Ad oggi, dopo solo 4 mesi, mi ritrovo con una posizione da Merchandaiser, dopo aver scalato la faticosa e non sempre riuscita piramide tra responsabile accessori e responsabile magazzino. Ora eccomi qui con una posizione di cui vado fiera e che mi gratifica! e se ho tutto questo, al momento non posso che ringraziare la mia curiosità all'interno del mondo della moda. la mia creatività e il mio stile. Qualità che hanno fatto si che l'astor manager si accorgesse di me tra altre quaranta persone all'interno dell'azienda.

Vi lascio dunque con qualche nuovo arrivo per questa primavere 2014! Sappiate che andranno molto i colori pastello, come il celeste e il rosa, ma anche il giallo

avrà un grande ritorno per questa estate. A voi qualche New entry della nuova collezione !

Ok, I admit, I'm a landslide with all the social networking and technology in general.

I couldn't remember any more passwords to update my blog. (Bad blogger that I am!)

But here I am again! ready to keep you up to date on new trends and my life style!

Sappiamo tutti che si sono appena concluse le sfilate di Parigi haute couture, e sappiamo anche che la boccetta per il profumo chanel n. 5 ormai e' diventata un oggetto riconoscibile a prima vista. Tanto da, sostituirla alla borsa tracolla.

Infatti la nuova it bag più amata dalle fashioniste e' proprio a forma di boccetta, Chanel parfum. E voi, che cosa ne pensate?
